Could Back Pain Be Due To Pelviectasis In Kidney?

Yes, my 17 year old daughter had an ultrasound in which the impression is Minimal pelviectasis in the upper pole of right kidney. This was done 12/2013. Lately she has complained of back pain on each side near her lumbar. Could this be relative? She doesn t have any other symptoms.
