Could Brown Spotting In Menstrual Cycle Indicate Pregnancy?

I currently have an IUD and expierence brown spotting as a menstrual cycle. However, for the past couple of months around the same time I have had symptoms of headaches, nausea, cravings, stomach jitters, lower back pain and dizziness. It is possible I'm pregnant? Or is this just PMS?
