Could Bruised Toe With Swollen Foot Post Injury Indicate Broken Bone?

My husband stepped on my toe (the one by my pinky toe) and i believe it is broken..it is bruised, the top of my foot is bruised, the bottom of my foot is bruised, between my toes is bruised and my WHOLE foot is swollen. my toes feel like they are going to pop.

I really appreciate your concern, here the chances of fracture need to be ruled out till then keep the leg in elevated position and anti-inflammatory drug can be tried, best option would be Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day, better to have orthopedic opinion, take care.
