Could Burning Sensation Around Auxiliary Lymph Nodes Of Chest Be Related To Doing Of Excess Aerobics?

yes. i recently began having a burning sensation in and around my axillary lymph nodes on both sides of my chest. they hurt when i run and when i bend forward and reach with either arm. i recently began doing more aerobics but i was wondering if it has anything to do with my water intake. i try to stay hydrated daily.

Hello,

Since your symptoms are associated with running and movements, the possibility of musculoskeletal pain is more likely, and it is because of overexertion (aerobics). So better to follow these steps for better symptomatic relief in musculoskeletal pain.
1. Avoid movements causing pain. Avoid sudden jerky movements of chest and back.
2. Apply warm water pad on affected areas.
3. Take simple painkiller like paracetamol or ibuprofen.
4. Avoid heavy weight lifting and strenuous exercise like excessive aerobics for a few days.
Don't worry you will be alright with all these.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Kaushal Bhavsar
