I am having trouble swallowing and on occasion a real sharp pain lower sterum. Thought I had a heat attack, echocardiogram and EKG was negative. Today I had an upper endoscopy which was negative. I do have cervical Dystonia and the physical indicated it could be a neurological problem. How can this be confirm this? Thanks
