Could Chest Pain, Back Pain And Pain In Ribs Be Caused By Pulling A Muscle?

on wednesday night started gettin a pain in my chest went into my sides and then my back hurt to breathe in now the pain is just in my right side under my ribs i feel fine in myself but worrying about it breathing ok now too been lifting abit wednesday day time thought id pulled a muscle

hi

chest tightness/pain and involvement of the arms, back and sides are definitive features of impending heart attack
you should absolutely get a ct angiography, if not a full angiography
till you get to that, a dobutamine stress echo, lipid profile ,and fbs ppbs should be tested too

having said that
the alternative options you might have are
cervical spondylosis,
severe gastritis
undiagnosed diabetes
pulled muscle

a chest x ray, vitamin D levels should also be done
to help at least evaluate initially the other causes

but i think you should rule out the coronary disease urgently
the rest can wait
