Could Cracked Itchy Painful Palms Be Due To Psoriasis?

The heels of my hands are cracked and painful. Sometimes they itch terribly, bit it feels as if the itch in under the skin, not the skin itself. Sometime I can scrape dry skin off. Could I have psoriasis? or what do you think? My doctor had me try a clotrimazole cream, then prescribed Betamethasone Dipropionate, but neither seemed to help. I am a white, 60 yr old female. Thank you.

Hi,

Have anyone got psoriasis in your family? Chances are there. Otherwise, it will be dry skin eczema. Drink more water. Avoid non veg diet.
