Could Cramping And Pain In Finger Joints Be Due To Arthritis?

my hands have been cramping up, one finger at a time. it hurts to bend at the knuckle. it will eventually go away and then reappear in other fingers. I do a lot of driving and typing. I ve been trying to do hand exercises as suggested by a physical therapist for range of motion. is it just arthritis or something else I should be concerned about?

For cramping and pain in fingers due to arthritis you can take some painkiller like ibugesic-plus or biozobid-plus along with some calcium supplements like toscal-gem or shalcal-d once daily. Take some multivitamins like neurokind-plus or meganeuron-plus once daily. Continue physiotherapy exercise as you are already doing as it is very helpful in your case.
