Could Cysts In Uterus Be Due To PCOs?

Hi i have a cyst i believe of 9cm. my first ultrascan stated the cyst was 1.5cm in november last year after 4 months its grown. now im having a mri scan too as my gyne thinks i have pcos which was why i was told to have a ultrascan in the first place. How much does a 9cm weigh ? I also am suffering from anxiety and depression what shall i do? Over the past 7 years iv lost so much hair.. i have low vitamin d a iron .. can i ever get my hair back?
