Could Delay In Periods Indicate Pregnancy?

I am nearly 48. I had unprotected sex about 6 weeks ago and period 10 days after. However i have not had a period this time, 5 days late. But have no pmt or pregnancy symptoms. My periods are sometimes irregular but i have never been this late. Could i be pregnant? I have never had a child.

Hi, I had gone through your question. Unprotected intercourse can leads pregnancy even at age 48 year also. so repeat your urine pregnancy test again. You are peri menopausal your period may be irregular because of that also.
