Hello and welcome to HCM,
The symptoms mentioned by you are not specific for any disease but a couple of investigations are required to find the cause of these symptoms.
Frequent urination is indicative of urinary tract infection (UTI).
Thus, a routine urine examination is needed to look for evidence of infection.
Increased appetite and food craving can be due to thyroid abnormalities thus thyroid function tests are required.
Pelvic pressure can be experience in pelvic inflammatory diseases so a gynaecological examination and pelvic ultrasound will be required.
If you are suspicious of pregnancy, a urine pregnancy test can be taken.
Pre-menopause is not characterised by any of these symptoms.
Decreased menstrual flow and decreased frequency of menstruation are features of pre-menopause.

Thus, you can get above mentioned investigations for find out the cause of above symptoms and thus management.

Thanks and take care
