Hello and welcome to HCM,
Sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) can present in one of following ways:
1. Ulcer on the genitalia- painless and painful
2. Rash on the genitalia
3. Lymph node enlargement in the inguinal region
4. Discharge - can be associated with irritation and itchiness
5. Vesicles- can be associated with itching

Since, you have a history of discharge, you need to get a microbiological examination of the discharge
Frequent urination can be due to urinary tract infection.
Urinary tract infection can co-exist with reproductive tract infection.
Swollen/ tender breasts occurs due to changes in hormonal level and it does not indicate any STD.
Loss of appetite is a non-specific sign and can accompany a variety of conditions.

Thanks and take care
