Could Discomfort In Abdomen Near Groin Be Suggestive Of Hernia?

Hi. About an hour ago, I was eating and watching a sitcom. I noticed whenever I laughed there was a discomfort in my lower right abdominal region near the groin. Could this be a hernia? I started lifting weights and getting more exercise about 2 months ago due to my sedentary job. I m 25 years old, 5 11 and weigh around 80kg

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if you are not in the proper sitting position and suddenly start laughing then it may cause the muscular un even contraction and it may cause the pain, it may not be hernia, maintain good posture, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
