Could Effusion In Right Lungs In X Ray Be A Symptom Of Recurring Pneumonia?

I've been treated for pneumonia last month, I finished my antibiotics as prescribed now I feeling like the same symptoms are back. When I did a chest x-ray it showed that I had a small effusion on my right lung. Could this be why my symptoms are back? Please help....

Pulmonologist 's  Response
Yes, pleural effusion causes chest symptoms. It needs to be confirmed with USG thorax. Get evaluated by a pulmonologist in detail to determine the etiology of the effusion and get managed accordingly.
