Could Electric Shock Like Feeling In Upper Body While Coughing Indicate Heart Attack?

I coughed and my upper body felt like I was receiving a strong electric shock. I can still feel it in my back and shoulders. I also have some aching in my left arm I feel a little shaky. My breathing sneers fine. Can you tell me what happened? Am I having a heart attack?

Your age and relevant medical history
Since how long you have coughing?
Does it associated with shortness of breath and chest pain?
Do you smoke or drink?
