ENT Specialist 's  Response
in my opinion lymphadenopathy in neck , first differential diagnosis should be of infective cause.symptoms also suggest throat infection. I would recommend you a short course of antibiotics and antihistaminic medication. and supportive treatment in form of hot bath steam inhalation chlorhexidine gargles. if lymphadenopathy doesn't improve or size increase then FNAC should be done to find out reason and treatment will be according to that report.
