Could Excruciating Pain In Lower Right Side, Nausea And Dizziness Be Due To Ovarian Cysts?

Good Morning,
3 months ago I had an ultrasound done that found a few ovarian cysts on both ovaries~with the most being on the right. Two weeks ago while having intercourse, I experienced excruciating pain on my lower right side that lasted for 3 hours. It was achy and sore for about 4 days after that. Since then, I have boughts of extreme nausea, diarhea on and off, exhausted and just feeling very off. Is this all related to the cysts?

Hi.
I've gone through your query and I can understand your anxiety.

Usually most of the small to medium sized cysts don't present with any symptoms and would resolve on own.

But larger ovarian cyst can cause symptoms like
Pelvic pain with fever or vomiting, Fullness of abdomen & Bloating etc.

Also it's important to rule out other underlying conditions like Dermoid cysts, Endometrioma etc.
Consult your gynaecologist for further assistance.
