Could Fatigue Be A Part Of Dizziness?

I do get sinus infections and currently take prescription generic for Claritan. The past 2 weeks I have been feeling light headed and dizziness. Also very fatigued. I was on vacation 2 weeks ago and jumped into a lake and did get a great deal of water up my nose. Could this be part or the cause of the dizziness? If so what can be done or prescribed for it?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Jumping in water has given you sinus problem & I feel blockage of eustachian tube due to sinus infection has given you dizziness and possible affection of middle ear adds to it.

The health problem along with side effects of drugs taken for relief gives you fatigue.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
