Let me explain little about Newcastle disease. It is due to avian Paramyxo virus. transmitted due to feces of birds and poultices. So if you are exposed. Then may be a chance. Moreover it's symptoms are like influzenza, cough, mild fever etc, and Not affecting liver mostly. So Elisa and pcr are diagnostic for new castle disease. Moreover your symptoms are not like this. and you need further investigations to confirm. Take care.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
