Hello
Anyway read this , you will get the answer:
Transmission of
HIV through intact skin has not been documented ( as you mentioned that your finger got wound ,but in my opinion it was not fresh , at least after 6-12 hours scab formed (
protective layer on wound )
Large , multi-institutional studies have indicated that the risk of transmission ( HIV ) following skin contact even with documented HIV infected person is ~0.3 % ( but in your case the status of girl was not known to you ,so no chance of getting HIV infection by you).
I don't recommend , you any test but since you are in
stress , so I recommend you get in rapid P 24 nucleic acid amplification test for HIV confirmation ( pcr ,
rna ).
Antibodies to HIV begin to appear within 2 weeks of primary infection ( initial contract ).
This is just for your tension but in my opinion you are HIV free ( based on this query and this encounter)
Good luck.
