Could Having 300 Ml Of Whisky Once A Week Effect Health?
im 34 male , weight 60 KG, i drink 300 ml whiskey once a week during four to five hours span , (while not driving but at home while watching tv show or movie) plus i give one full month free of drink after every 11 months .. am i harming my health or its ok ?
hello dear friend, although most studies do suggest that moderate alcohol consumption is beneficial for health, one cant be sure about it unless one checks into it. so if you want to know whether you are harming your health or not, its best to get it checked. since the organ most affected is liver , it would be wise to get a liver function test done, also do check your sugar, and cholesterol levels. this will give you an idea of how your body is doing in general. also you didnt mention for how many years your drinking..?? also do engage in moderate physical exercise and do have some food along with your drinks. good luck n cheers.
