Could Heavy Bleeding For A Day Post Unprotected Sex Indicate Implantation Bleeding?

hello, Im 19 years old and had unprotected sex, I had alot of stress going on these days . I got my period and the bleeding was a lot , however, it just stopped and its only the second day ( i usually have 7 day periods), could this be implantation bleeding?

I appreciate your concern for the heavy bleeding following unprotected sex.

Usually the implantation bleeding is small in quantity, brown to brownish in color, associated with lower abdominal cramps, breast soreness, dizziness, nausea and mood changes.

The fact that you have been under a lot of stress these days, heavy bleeding could reflect the abnormal uterine bleeding due to stress.

I would recommend a gynecologist's consultation to rule out other causes of this abnormal bleeding including the hormonal imbalance, or any uterine problem.

Meanwhile avoid stress and the triggering factors responsible for it.
