Hi had 2 hernias repaied laparoscopy surgery 21/s weeks ago, one on right and one on left. Don't know if they were femoral or inguinal. Had mesh put in. Did not have a period for 7 months prior to surgery though yesterday started period. Could the hernias been blocking this? Have already started menopause also I was having sharp pains on my right side though I think it was doing too much too soon. I thought recovery time was two weeks. Still have swelling.
