Could High SGPT Level Be The Cause Of Vomiting?

My SGPT level is 50, C-Protein 7.5, Hamoglobin - 10.3.

Ultra sound for whole abdomen is - OK.
Hepatitis Profile - Negative.

The problem is vomiting tendancy, mild fever, acidity.

The doctor still not given any medicine & want to go for Endoscopy. Is this required in my case or should I consult another Doctor.

Thanks for asking.
Based on your clinical history and laboratory findings, my comments are as follows:
1. SGPT levels are near normal and low C-protein indicates no ongoing inflammation.
2. Hemoglobin is reduced and needs to further evaluated for cause. If there is any blood in vomit, it needs evaluation.
3. Vomiting tendency, mild fever and acidity could be due to gastritis. H2 and proton pump blockers can be used initially and if it does not subside, then endoscopy might be necessary.
