Could Holes In Eardrum Be The Cause Of Hearing Loss And Dizziness?

I seen my ENT today & he said I have 2 small holes in my ear drum & that it looks very, very dry. He said my ear drum is deteriorating. He said we will wait about 6 weeks to see if it will heal on its own. Should I be overly concerned? I am experiencing some hearing loss & dizziness.

Hello
Usually small eardrum perforations do heal on their own in time so it's appropriate to follow this for a while. That said, if the perforations don't heal you'd need an eardrum graft surgery
