Could Hydrogen Peroxide Cause Skin Peeling In Inside Of Cheeks?

I recently had a bottom (last tooth in the back) wisdom tooth extraction. The tooth was impacted and infected so it was extracted. I was told to rinse with 50/50 hydrogen peroxide and warm salt water. I have been doing that. On that note my left cheek has been having some skin peeling problems ever sense...today(about ten minutes ago) my left cheek started bleeding for a few secs(mildly). Any idea if the hydrogen peroxide could have caused the skin loss from my cheeks? I have stopped the hydrogen peroxide solution fyi.
