Hi.my last menstrual period was sept. 7, I thought I was getting my period last Wednesday but it was only spotting. I didn't think much about it but last night and this morning I took 2 pregnancy test and they were both positive. Could I really be pregnant

IF YOUR MENSES DIDNOT COME ON TIME AND ITS OVERDUE, THERE ARE CHANCES FOR PREGNANCY..
IF URINE PREGNANCY TEST SHOWS POSITIVE RESULT, THEN YES YOU ARE PREGNANT...
DO SONOGRAPHY FOR FURTHER CONFIRMATION ...
