Could Increased Body Weight Cause Painful Joints And Feeling Of Hangover?
The past few months I have been feeling hung over all day. I haven t drank alcohol in yrs. I have aching in my joints and I have also gained weight due to not being able to work out due to arch pain. I am working with a foot Dr to try and figure out my arch pain but don t understand the joint aches and the feeling of being hung over. Is this from my weight gain and not being able to be very mobile?
Increased body weight can cause painful joints. I suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the pain. I also suggest to consult a dietitian to help you with a diet. I recommend to alternate diet and exercise.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
