Could Infertility Be Due To Placenta Pervia During First Pregnancy?

hi doctor im 38, 3 and 1/2 years ago i had a beautiful baby girl, unfortunatly i was told i had placenta previa quite early on in my pregnancy and had a fantastic obstetricion who looked after me all the way through my pregnancy and was monitered frequently. Unfortunatly my placenta abrupted when i was 35 weeks, i had an emergency cesarion and my baby was delivered healthy, i was very poorly and had to have a blood transfusion ect but fortunatly for me i didnt have to have an hysterectomy, what damage that was caused they repaired. Now 3, 1/2 yrs on i would love to have another baby and have been tryin for a while with no sucess, with the condition i had is this the cause im not concieving? thanks.
