Could Inflammed Piece Of Fallopian Tube Post Hysterectomy Cause Lower Abdominal Pain?

Hi, I had a hysterectomy with removal of my uterus and cervix. I also had my fallopian tubes removed and my right ovary from a previous surgery. I also had a repair of an intestinal hernia. It has been almost 4 months and I am still having lower right abdominal pain and vaginal pain. Four days ago I had a CAT scan with contrast and a vaginal ultra sound. The CAT scan showed that I had an inflamed piece of fallopian tube or hydrosalpingo. The doctor said this would not be causing my severe pain and that it is normal that a piece of fallopian tube could be left behind during surgery. Is this true and could it be causing my abdominal pain? He suggest I see my regular doctor to see what is causing the pain. My regular doctor says I need to see my gyno. I feel like my concerns are being ignored. I have pain and a heaviness in my lower stomach also. What should I do? Who should I see? Thanks for any advice.
