Could Intermittent Vaginal Bleeding And Absence Of Yolk Sac Be Symptoms Of Miscarriage?

Hi I had an ultrasound done today and I am supposedly 5w 4d pregnant. I was told that the Dr.cannot see a sac at this time. I also have an anteverted uterus. I have had a light brown discharge off and on since yesterday. Could you please tell me what could be going on?

Positive urine pregnancy test does not mean a women Is pregnant. It is only a screening test. Only a presence of an yolk Salk can confirm pregnancy. If yolk sac is absent then it means you are not pregnant.
