Could It Be Epilepsy If Had Hearing Loss, Pressure, Seizure?

Hi, my husband is 60 years old. To make things short. About a year ago he passed out, 6 months later he started losing hearing in an ear and felt pressure. Four months after losing hearing he had a seizure. Ok, we have been to a ent and he found nothing. He has had an MRI and blood tests-nothing has been found. Right now we are seeing a neurologist . But all he is talking about is epileptic stuff. Thanks

HI
Well come to HCM
Late onset of epilepsy may be likely but hearing loss is very unlikely, condition need to be investigated audiogram is advisable, this is the only test that could differentiate some condition, else this is nothing to worry, to confirm the epilepsy EEG would be necessary, hope this information helps, have a nice day.
