I am sorry, but the query needs more details. I am completely blind as to why the spleen was removed. How long has he had the pain? What is the exact location of the pain? WHats his age? any comorbidities?

I will try to answer your extended query as soon as I recieve it will all the details. I am sorry this could not be of help yet due to limited details

Best of luck
