Could Late Period Having Missed Birth Control Pill Suggest Pregnancy?
Hey I lost v about 3 or 4 weeks ago it was unprotected then 2 weeks ago I had unprotected sex and took the morning after pill so last week I went and had the pill injection and I'm now a week late with my period and bin sick twice this week is this cause of the pill injection?

Having missed birth control pills does raise a risk of pregnancy with unprotected sex. However, you have protected your unprotected sex by post coital emergency contraceptive pill. So the possibility of pregnancy is very remote.
This pill is known to delay the following period by few days to a week. Moreover, you have taken hormonal injection last week. So this is going to further delay the periods.
You may confirm the status of pregnancy by urine test.
Wait for few more days without taking any hormonal preparation and you will get periods.
