Hi,i m 23 years old.i have regular periods.i want to be pregnant and i believe that i had sex on my fertile days last month.I m feeling really tired nowadays.i sleep every now and then.i have lower back pain and foot cramps.i m suffering from fatigue and i m not able to do any heavy works.i have increased in my weight.my breasts have become tender and my stomach is expanded.i feel bloating also.tomorrow is my monthly starting date of menstruation period. m i pregnant? or z it some disease?
