Could Mild Headache And Irritation Be A Matter Of Concern Post Trauma?

Hit my head on asphalt in a fall while bike riding. Immediately had a large bump on my head that lessened. Mild headache presently. Irritable and feel like crying. Went to ER and waited an hour. Told them I d just go home and lie down. They said fine. Should I be concerned if they weren t?
