What Causes Persistent Mild Headache With Chest Pressure Post Trauma?

I weigh 230 lbs, tripped and fell 24+ hours ago landed on the left side of my face first, then left shoulder and arm. Kept myself from landing on the concrete sidewalk, back is ok, some upper chest pressure when I am setting or reclining. I still have a mild headache.

Hello,

Thanks for writing to Health Care magic, I am Dr , Muhammad Ahmad , I have read your question closely, I understand your concern and will be helping you with your health related problem.

It seems to me that while landing you got some pressure damage to the parts who are paining , it seems that you did end up saving yourself from a fracture or more alarming damage but soft tissue injuries are still there, I would suggest you not to panic, ice the areas which are paining or have swelling, do take tylenol if it pains much, apply local pain killer cream if you feel much pain .

In my opinion there is nothing emergent in this situation and in a week or so you will be all better and fine.

I hope this answered your question, If you have more queries I am happy to answer you.
Regards.

Dr.Muhammad Ahmad
