Could Missing Periods Be Due To Pregnancy?

I am pooja i dint get my periods for more than 55 days.... when it crossed 45 days itself i went for pregnancy test but it was negative.... my doctor asked me to take dubagest 200. I have taken it now only i dint get my periods. I have taken beta HCG test last week and it was also below 0.5.... Is there any possibility tht i may be pregnant?
