Hi welcome to the health care magic

Methimazole sometime can lead elevated liver enzymes and sometime even with stoppage of drug elevated liver enzymes can remain for few weeks

Regular monitoring of liver enzymes should be done during methimazole drug therapy

For further evaluation get investigated with serum cholesterol, serum triglycerides, USG abdomen like investigation....
USG might shows fatty change or non alcoholic hepatic Steatosis like condition

Rule out alcohol history if present for your case

Take care

Hope your concern solved
