Could My Symptoms Like Pink Discharge Be Implantation Bleeding?

(22 years old)I had my period on 17th may(lasted 5 days) last time had safe sex(used condom) on 29th may today (may31) had slight cramps and pinkish discharge(my breasts are slightly enlarged). took test showed negative. could this be implantation bleeding? could i be pregnant. (i wasn t trying to conceive)

You started your period on 17th and had sex on 29th; i.e. 13th day of the cycle. However, you did not mention you get period after how many days. I presume it is around 28 to 30 days regular cycle. In such case 13th day is definitely good for conception.
The bleeding you had on that day could be most likelt due to egg release. Some times little spotting to slight bleeding is known to occure at the time of egg release. In that case the chance of becoming pregnant increases.
Slight cramps you had do not corelate with the reproductory events. They could be just because of physical activities during sex and stress of becoming pregnant.
When did you get pregnancy test done? Immediate test on urine is futile. The best results of pregnancy tests are only after missing the period - 2 - 7 days after, depending up on which type of test you are taking.
Please do not act in panic.
