Could Oral Lichen Planus Be Part Of Autoimmune Disease Syndrome?

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 1999 but had symptoms for years before. I have had a positive ANA since 1993. I am a nurse and for years thought I may have an autoimmune disease. Scleroderma, Crohn's and MS run in my family. I have been plagued with oral ulcers of one kind or another since my 20's ( am now 60). In the last few years and ENT/oral surgeon diagnosed me with oral lichen planus. I have never smoked. The doctor has me go for a follow-up every 6 mos. because he says there is a slight risk of oral cancer with oral lichen planus. My question is could the oral lichen planus be a part of another autoimmune disease syndrome. My doctor has told me that oral lichen planus in autoimmune. I am 4 feet 11 inches and weigh 107 lbs.
