Could Pain In Ear,neck And Shoulder, and Presence Of Lump And Nodules In Neck Be Due To Long Time Ear Infection?

Hi I have had severe ear pain with fluid that travels up and drops back down inside the Left ear after an ear infection. This had gone on for a very long time. I have lost a great deal of my hearing. The pain has traveled from my ear down to my neck and shoulder. I also have a lump with NO pain lodged by my neck and collarbone area that is soft. This lump had been here for approx. 4 months. Also accompanied with severe pain in upper arm to top back of shoulder blade area. All areas with pain began from ear and traveled through time. Saw doctors they said they saw no fluid but I can not only feel it but can tell when it goes up and down. Any advice? What could this possibly be. Tried everything I know to do tests etc. No diagnosis. I also have a goiter and multiple complex nodules. Thyroid tests said to come out fine. Could these be related could the nodlues or the lump and all symptoms be because of LONG time ear infection going rammped? Thank you for your time

Hello dear,
After going through your history, I believe you have some genuine concern and I will try to help you out of this situation.

Lump n neck for 4 months a serious concern and it is not due to your ear, but it is highly possible that due to the lump your ear is getting affected. I am not frightened you, but there are some rare tumors occur in the neck, the usual position is high in the neck below the ear lobule. If so, it s advisable for to visit a good ENT doctor.

I hope I could solve your query. Please do not hesitate to clarify more doubts for the same situation.

Thank you for the way you are in my life.
