Could Pain In Shoulder, Lower Back And Upper Arm Indicate Lung Cancer?
I have pain in my left shoulder and upper arm. I also have lower back pain. This has been going on for at least a month. Ibuprofen relieves it for a day. Could this be lung cancer and would blood test show this? I went to my doctor 3 days ago. She recommended therapy which I can t afforf

Your symptoms do not indicate cancer. In face the pain that you describe could be related to arthritis. Other causes to consider would be: muscular pain, vitamin D deficiency, etc. I would like to review your tests for a more professional opinion.
