Could Poor Sleeping Habits Be The Reason For Constant Dizziness, Lack Of Concentration And Low Appetite?
Greetings! I am 21. For over a month now, I'm almost always dizzy. I keep touching my forehead when it comes. I can't concentrate on anything because of the discomfort. Plus: sometimes, I feel I'm shaking...and I don't feel like eating too.
My mum said it could be typhoid but I was hoping it would be fatigue because of my poor sleeping habits. And oh, I'm a male. I forgot...****smile
Hello Thanks for the query to hcm. Dizziness , fatigue, loss of appetite, poor concentration , all these symptoms may be due to. 1 Jaundice , as I have noted in many patient as these are initial symptoms , so get in blood for serum bilirubin, sgot , sgpt. If any abnormality consult a physician and get his opinion. 2 ANEMIA , this is another most common cause in this age group patient . Diagnosis can be confirmed by hemoglobin examination. 3 Depression is the another cause , consult a psychiatrist . Poor sleeplessness is also one such reason . 4 Over exertion is one more such reason. In my opinion consult a physician and get his opinion as physical examination as well clinical examination is very important in this type of case. Good luck. Dr. HET
