Could Rapid Heart Rate In A Teenager Be A Matter Of Concern?

I m 18 years old, and have been having what I think of as an increased heart rate. It has only been every once in a while over the last 3 weeks. But yesterday my radial pulse was 108 while my normal heart rate is 58-67 bpm. Is that 108 bpm maybe something to be concerned about?
