Could Recurring Nose Bleeding Be Linked To Sinus Problems?
my son 14 years old gets frequent nose bleeds at least 2 a month. I bought a humidifier and it still does not seem to be helping. The nose bleeds are very heavy and last between 3-5 mins. He also has been suffering with head colds and high temps. He says it feels more like his sinises. Are these two linked?
Hello, You need to consult an ENT specialist as in 14 year old male child there is probability of a nasal mass which has only characteristic complaints of nasal bleed . You should get a nasal Endoscopy done to get examined for inside of nose and to see for any bleeding point inside or any mass which bleeds . In addition get the blood investigation done for the bleeding profile and clotting profile. In doubt do reply.
