Could Rib Pain Radiating To Upper Back And Spine Along With Bloating And Discomfort Be Gastritis?

i'm having rib pain radiating into the upper back and spine along with bloating and abdominal discomfort. I've been to the hospital, had an ultrasound, bloodwork and CT scan and they can't find anything. They said possibly "gastritis" and put me on Prilosec twice a day - it's been 4 days and I still feel the same. Don't know what to do?

HI
Thank choosing HCM
I would be happy to answer your query, what the history is given here could be due to gastritis and it could be due to hyperacidity in my opinion it can be managed with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day with Tab Domperidone 20 mg once in day and it needs to be taken at evening time, your symptoms typically suggestive of hyperacidity, and it may not be anything else as the tests reports are unremarkable hope this helps you.
I find this answer helpful
