Could Safe Sex And Masturbation After One Cycle Of Periods Cause Delay In My Periods ?

Hi I am 20 years old and have a regular menstrual cycle . 2 months back, i had protected sex during my ovulation time and there is no way his semen entered my body. Later i got my periods and after my period, i masturbated about 15 times. Till now, i have not got my periods. Its been 40 days. What could be the reason?
