Could Sharp Pain In The Abdomen Due To Lump Be A Matter Of Concern?

I have an large lump on the upper right side of my stomach and I have started to have an intense sharp, stabbing pain going across my upper stomach. I don t know if I should just go to the doctor tomorrow or go to to the hospital tonight. I m currently on 20mg Roxycodone for chronic pain but the pain is very intense even after taking my medication.
