Could Sore Arms After Vigorous Physical Labor Be Onset Of Arthritis?

Hi, I just finished cutting part of a tree down and it required a lot of arm extending on the top of my ladder, I was doing this for about 2 hours and my arms (bones) are really sore, I am 51 years old and have an active weekly exercise routine, could this be the on-set of some form of arthritis? I am also on Reandron injections every 3 months due to a testosterone deficiency. Cheers, Mick Barry

I appreciate your concern
looking at your symptoms it seems to be a case of muscle spasm
Nunmbness tingling sensation and joint pain can appear as a side effect of testosterone
I your case it's simply a muscle spasm
take tab acetaminophen for pain relief with hot fomentation.
